PRODUCTION PROCESS

The sausages ingredients i.e. fresh pork meat, pork fat, allspice, salt, garlic, and black ground pepper are kneaded until the mixture is ready to be stuffed into the intestine. Even though, the sausages production process is simpler than the salami’s, they are equally fine and savory. The sausages produced by our company are not fermented and considering that preservatives are not added, their lifetime is limited (one month).

This is the reason why for the moment, they are distributed exclusively to the local market of Lefkada through retail sale.
